Electron Solar Energy Names 30-Year Battery Industry Expert As Director of International Sales

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Electron Solar Energy (Pink Sheets:ESRG), an international distributor of alternative energy systems, announced today that Thomas Carani has joined the Company as Director of International Sales. Mr. Carani is a 30-year veteran of the global battery industry, most recently spending 13 years in Export Sales for East Penn Manufacturing, the world's largest independent manufacturer of high quality lead-acid batteries and accessories.
While at East Penn, Mr. Carani was responsible for selling 100,000 units per year, translating $2.2 million in annual battery sales. Mr. Carani began his career in outside sales at Tropex Batteries Inc. of Florida, and was later promoted as Regional General Manager. Over his 30-year career, Mr. Carani's experience in international batteries sales includes serving many industries including automotive, marine, commercial, industrial, global communication, and UPS. In his new role as Director of International Sales for Electron Solar, Mr. Carani will be responsible for expanding battery sales in Central and South America, the Bahamas and other international markets.
